How and when am I paid?

Contract employees are paid weekly by Airetel Staffing, Inc. This is typically based on the number of hours worked and the position’s pay rate. Direct placement employees are paid directly by our client’s payroll.

Do you hire contractors on a Corp-to-Corp basis or independent contractors?

Airetel Staffing Inc. hires all employees on a W-2 basis. Airetel withholds taxes from our contractors and earnings are reported to the IRS each year. We do not hire contractors on a 1099 basis, corp-to-corp arrangements or sponsor H1B visas.

When will my W-2 forms be mailed out?

W-2 forms are mailed out the last week of January to your address on file as of January 1st.

If you moved after your employment with us and provided us with a new address via a local office before January, we have your new address in our system and your W-2 will be delivered to that address.

If you have a different address from when you were employed with us, please contact 407-788-2015 X117 and provide us your updated address information.

Does Airetel Staffing offer sponsorship?

Most Airetel Staffing, Inc. positions are open to any individual eligible to work in the United States for any employer, including those with valid Employment Authorization Documents, those with valid United States Permanent Resident Cards (aka Green Cards), and others eligible to work in the United States as described on Department of Homeland Security document I-9.

How do I obtain a timecard?

All time cards are generated by our clients. It is your responsibility to fill out one each week with your correct hours and signed by you and your immediate supervisor verifying all hours worked.
